Dubai-UAE: 4 December, 2011 – Over 12 high-visibility retail outlets, have added to the status of The Walk at Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) as one of Dubai’s leading retail and leisure destinations, Dubai Properties Group, a member of Dubai Holding, announced today.

Since its launch in 2008, the 1.7km beachfront promenade has consistently received high numbers of visitors by hosting a variety of music, sports, heritage, art, and cultural activities throughout the year

The range of buildings spanning Rimal, Murjan, Bahar Sadaf, Amwaj and Shams have seen the opening of new retail outlets that provide dining options, spas and laundry services.

The Walk at JBR is a distinctive and popular venue in Dubai for cultural and leisure activities, in addition to entertainment and shopping. Salwan LLC, who is responsible for the retail leasing at The Walk has been instrumental in transforming the walk into the bustling promenade it is today.
