The operating hours for the Dubai Properties Group Contact Centre are from 8:00am to 5:00pm from Sunday to Thursday. The Contact Centre receives and responds to your enquiry via telephone, email, fax or letter.

On the occurrence of any official Public holidays both customer interaction centers will remain closed.

The Customer Service Centre:

Dubai Properties Group has a dedicated customer service centre in our corporate headquarters building. Located in Dubai Internet City the Customer Service Centre is open Saturday to Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
